North Fork Internet, established 1995,
as a direct
response to foreseen demands of future technological penetration in the world market..
Primarily a technology consulting firm, North Fork Internet assists businesses across the
United States, South America, Europe and Asia.
Founded by Schuyler Horton,
having graduated that spring with a Masters Degree in Technological Systems Management
from the College of Engineering at S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook, brought together like minded
individuals and started the company with a mission to empower organizations with tools and
advanced technology to help themselves help others.
North Fork Internet's initial focus was to help the small but growing client base in its
home arena, but in 1996, Mr. Horton was invited to consult for Japan's largest
computer based accounting firm in Tokyo. This opportunity facilitated this company's
ability to work within the Asian market and establish new relationships overseas.
Currently North Fork Internet is involved in the development
and establishment of internet communication and commerce
technologies for business. With a formal background in education
and Educational Computing, North Fork Internet's founder has
assisted educational and research institutions in their
technology planning and problem solving. A family run company,
Mr. Horton's sister, Suzanne Horton, leads bringing her skills in the corporate theater of business
to drive the company forward to new markets.
Our partner data centers are located strategically across the US
and Canada as needed.
